Q1. Can I come and visit any time or do I need to make an appointment?

Ans. You are welcome to come and visit us anytime and you do not need to make a appointment as we do not operate a appointment system ? We are open every day including all bank holidays except Mothers day,Easter Sunday, Fathers Day,Christmas Day & Boxing Day. Please refer to the top of the page for our opening hours. Please ensure you look at the opening times that are relevant to your local outlet.

Q2. When I visit, is there a limit to how many dresses I try on?

Ans. Your wedding day is a very special occasion in your life and we want that special feeling to start with your visit to see us. Our staff will be available to help you select and try on the dresses you have chosen and answer any questions you might have at the time.

Q3. How much money could I possibly save?

Ans. Whilst the amount which is saved varies from customer to customer we have had instances in the past where up to £2000 has been saved by our customers! Many of our gowns are by some of the best wedding dress labels available there are some incredible savings to be had. For Prom dresses the savings can be anywhere up to £500 saved.

Q4. The Prices of your Wedding Dresses and Prom Dresses are very low. Is this because the materials used in your dresses in cheaper in quality?

Ans. We pride ourselves in having some of the highest quality bridal gowns and prom dresses. There is no compromise made on the materials used, or the quality in manufacturing of the wedding dresses and prom dresses we sell.

Q5. Where do your dresses come from?

Ans. The majority of our dresses are the result of a cancelled order, or a supplier that has excess stock. We have contacts with lots of suppliers too to offer the fantastic bargains to you. We also have our own brand labels being launched.
We pride ourselves on the gowns we stock and each dress must pass inspections and quality control prior to being shown on the shop floor. We obtain our dresses from many different sources. Our wedding gowns are new and unused. If there are any imperfections with the dresses these are priced accordingly.

Q6. What kinds of wedding dresses do you stock?

Ans. We have a large range of wedding dresses many by well known labels in many different styles. From A-line to empire, fishtail to princess gowns we have a variety of selections waiting to be tried on. We also have our own brand labels being launched. We are sure you will feel spoilt for choice!

Q7. How do I pay for my dress?

Ans. We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards. Additionally cash is also accepted. We do not accept cheques.

Q8. Do you have adequate changing facilities?

Ans. Our changing rooms are arranged for your comfort and ease and each of our large rooms contains a full length mirror, helping you to make an informed decision about how a particular dress may suit you.

Ans. STOCKPORT BRANCH : The Wedding Dress & Prom Dress Bridal Factory Outlets are located in the centre of Stockport in a factory Outlet on Mottram Street. You can access us very easily from the main A6 and we are literally 5 minutes from the main M60 motorway!. From the main A6 turn left immediately after the Town Hall on to Edward Street carry on straight up the hill to the traffic lights and turn right on to Middle Hillgate.Take the third turning right on to Mottram Street, there is a car park on your right and we are next door. NEWCASTLE BRANCH ; The Wedding Dress & Prom Dress Factory Outlets are located in Newcastle upon Tyne in a 6000 sq ft Outlet on Scottswood Road NE4 7AW just a 10 minute walk from the Metro Arena. Coming from Newcastle City centre with the METRO ARENA on your left carry straight on Scotswood Road, you will pass Litecraft lighting gallery on your left , we are a bit further on before you reach the traffic lights next door to the bathroom store Porcelanosa. You can park in front of our store or in the customer car park to the rear of Porcelanosa ( turn left at the traffic lights then immediately left again). Q10. Are you also responsible for any alterations of the wedding dress?

Ans. Occasionally there may be some slight alterations to be made. We can recommend several highly skilled seamstresses in the area which we have worked with a long time, most are available at very good rates giving incredible savings to our customers.

Q11. How many people can I bring with me to pick the dress?

Ans. Choosing a wedding dress that is right for you is a very special occasion, one that is often shared with close friends and family. There is no set limit on the number of people you can bring with you; however we would advise that too many people can lead to many different opinions which may make it more difficult for you to find that perfect dress.
