Weight Loss or Gain
Brides can often change shape on the run up to the wedding. We are prepared for that and will discuss with you the various options for each dress. Very rarely does a dress fit a bride perfectly, and the majority of gowns will need alterations to get a perfect fit. Our experienced and talented team can talk you through any queries you may have and provide a list of recommended seamstresses local to the area. We would advise you to book your appointment for fittings 4-6 weeks prior to the wedding day. Your consultant will have advised you at the time of the sale as to what to expect your alterations to be. We do not take into account dramatic weight loss of gain, or pregnancies, so please do advise us if you think your body shape will be changing prior to the wedding day.
There is never any obligation to use the seamstress services we recommend, we can not take responsibility for work carried out on your gown. Please choose your seamstress wisely, ask for recommendations from previous customers and to see work they have carried out on Bridal Gowns specifically.
